Visit us Sat. Oct. 23 between 10 - 2 on the Trailway in Inglewood - books for sale, cards/cash accepted
Last year Caledon Mayor Allan Thompson accepted a gift of $50,000 from the Caledon Trailway Book Committee to be used for Trailway enhancements. Some of those funds have been used for bicycle repair stations, such as this one recently installed in Palgrave.
As local retailers reopen, you can find the book at the following: Caledon East Pharmasave; Caledon Hills Cycling, Inglewood; Cheltenham General Store, Davis Feed & Farm Supply, Caledon East; River Ridge Cafe, Palgrave. All proceeds from these sales goes directly to the Trailway.
Please note that the Caledon Public Library is once again selling copies. Thank you!
The following retail stores also carry the book: Book Lore, Orangeville; Forster's Book Garden, Bolton; Sproule's Emporium, Orangeville.
Each Book Committee member has books available for sale. See About Us for details.
The book was written, edited and published by volunteers. The only costs incurred were professional graphic design, printing and other expenses related to permissions and promotion. Thanks to our generous donors, these costs have been paid. In October 2020, the Book Committee presented the Town of Caledon with $50,000 to be used for trailway enhancements. Book sales will continue to benefit the trailway.
